People often describe me as a perfectionist and a rule-follower, not because I rigidly stick to routines, but because I care deeply about doing things well—and doing them the right way. For me, the real challenge and joy lie in discovering what ‘right’ looks like in each unique situation. As an introvert, I naturally gravitate toward reflection and curiosity, which helps me understand the deeper purpose behind our actions and how we can continually improve. Most days, you’ll find me making detailed to-do lists or creating systems that bring clarity and smooth transitions from start to finish. I’m passionate about learning, especially in hands-on environments where asking questions is encouraged and growth is a shared goal.
Growing up in a large family devoted to community service instilled in me a deep desire to meet people where they are and support them through whatever challenges life brings. That foundation made it difficult for me to choose just one career path—because I’ve always been drawn to roles that allow me to connect with and care for others. Through managing a retail store, coordinating patient schedules at a dental clinic, or working closely with students on social-emotional skills, I’ve come to deeply value seeing people for who they are and honoring the importance of their needs. Being part of the team at Thrive Financial allows me to bring together my natural strengths with my heartfelt commitment to helping others, and I couldn't be more excited about the work we get to do—supporting others through some of life’s most important decisions. Originally from the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, I’m now happily rooted in Fort Wayne, IN with my husband, Austin, and our two young kids. We share our home with two lively pups—Tobias, our gentle pit bull rescue, and Rafiki, our spunky 10-pound terrier mix (yes, cue The Lion King soundtrack). When I’m not busy tackling my task lists, I love exploring local trails, playing games with my kids, dabbling in homesteading skills, and squeezing in a little volleyball when I can. |
