Our Philosophy
We believe financial planning is about more than just numbers. It’s about untangling your relationship with money, clarifying your goals, and building a life that feels truly your own—whether you're starting with a lot or a little. We understand that money can be an emotional, even intimidating, topic. That’s why we lead with empathy, patience, and honesty. We’re not here to push products or offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We're here to listen, guide, and walk alongside you—without fear, shame, or judgment.

Our Story
Thrive Financial launched in early 2025, but the seeds of this partnership were planted long before. Kelsey had been quietly nurturing the vision for Thrive for years—a space where financial planning could feel deeply human, approachable, and aligned with the lives people actually want to live.
Kelsey and Allison met in 2023 through their work with Mutual of Omaha Investor Services. The two discovered a powerful alignment: a deep passion for helping others create lives of purpose, balance, and freedom. Today, Allison works closely with ongoing financial planning clients, manages investment accounts, and leads educational workshops on financial literacy. Kelsey focuses on business development, one-on-one coaching, community outreach, and welcoming new clients into the Thrive family.
